I. Why and How We Collect and Use Personal Data
(1) Necessary for Providing Services
We shall only collect or use your personal data when there is a "legal basis" for doing so. Depending on our purpose of use, we may adopt different legal bases. These legal bases include contractual necessity, legitimate interests (ours, yours, or those of another party), consent, compliance with legal obligations, performing tasks in the public interest, and protecting vital interests. Application Use of Location Information: If you use a third-party mobile device and consent to sharing location information with our application, we may collect precise geographic location information and sensor information through GPS, cellular network information, and other location-based functions. We usually receive the latitude and longitude, date and time, and sensor information of your device. Factors such as the device and operating system determine the accuracy of this latitude and longitude and how well it corresponds to the device's location. If you allow any of our mobile applications to directly collect location information when running in the background, you need to enable continuous location collection. You may disable direct location collection (or continuous direct location collection on some operating systems) through relevant settings or by deleting the application. The application's location is an approximate location derived from the latest location stored by the service before direct location collection is disabled (e.g., the last searched location).
User-Selected Locations:You may search for locations of interest (e.g., cities, countries, or regions) within the service and add them to your list. We will provide you with weather information related to those locations.

Please understand that our services are continuously updated and developed. If you choose to use other services requiring the collection of personal data that are not covered in the aforementioned explanations, or if we need to use personal data collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we shall separately explain the scope and purpose of personal data collection to you through page prompts, interaction processes, updates to the Privacy Policy, etc. If you choose not to provide the aforementioned personal data, you may not be able to use a certain service or part of it, but unless we specify otherwise, this shall not affect your use of other services we provide.

The opt-outs described above are specific to devices or browsers and may not apply to all devices. If you opt-out on your mobile device, you may continue to receive personalized advertisements on desktop computers or other devices. If you choose to opt-out, you will still see advertisements, but they will not be based on your activities on other apps and websites you use.
Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy preference that users may set in some web browsers, allowing them to opt-out of tracking by websites and online services. Currently, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has not established a universal standard for recognizable DNT signals, and this signal has not been widely accepted in general. Therefore, we will not recognize requests passed through as DNT signals.

Our service is hosted on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, where the collected personal data (including that collected through cookies) is processed and stored.

If the personal data is subject to GDPR, we shall ensure that it is transferred to a jurisdiction or entity recognized as having "adequate protection" or through standard contractual clauses. We have established a system information security and supervision mechanism to effectively prevent and control access to your personal data and have set strict access control permissions for this purpose.

However, if you have a registered account and are logged in to your account when making a request, we will be able to retrieve personal data related to your use of the service while logged in, as well as information related to all other devices you used when logged in to your registered account.
When you delete personal data from our service, we may not immediately delete the corresponding personal data from our backup systems but will delete it when the backups are updated. 以上描述的退订特定于设备或浏览器，可能不适用于所有设备。如果在您的移动设备上退订，您可能会继续在台式计算机或其他设备上收到个性化广告。如果您选择退订，您仍会看到广告，但广告不会基于您在使用的其他应用和 Web 站点上的活动。
不跟踪 (DNT) 是用户可以在某些网络浏览器中设置的隐私偏好，允许用户选择退出 Web 站点和在线服务的跟踪。目前，万维网联盟（W3C）尚未建立可识别的 DNT 信号的通用标准，总体上该信号尚未被广泛接受。因此，我们不会将通过的请求识别为DNT信号。

（6）传输、存储方式
我们的服务托管在德国法兰克福的服务器上，并在当地处理和存储所收集的（包括通过 Cookie 收集的）个人信息。
如果我们需要将您的个人信息传输到其他司法区域，我们将确保该个人信息的传输将遵守可适用的数据保护法律。如该项个人信息适用GDPR，我们将确保其传输到被认可具有"充分保护"的司法管辖区或实体，或通过标准合同的方式完成传输。同时我们将采用充分保护的传输机制或适当的安全措施进行传输。
我们只会在达成本隐私政策所述目的所需的期限内存储个人信息，除非需要延长保留期或受到可适用的数据保护法律的允许。
四、我们如何保护您的个人信息
我们已使用符合业界标准的安全防护措施，安全技术解决方案来保护您的个人信息，防止您的个人信息遭到未经授权的访问、使用、篡改，避免个人信息的损坏丢失或泄露。我们会使用不低于行业同行的加密技术、匿名化处理及相关合理可行的手段保护个人信息，并使用安全保护机制防止个人信息遭到恶意攻击。我们会采取一切合理可行的措施，确保未收集无关的个人信息。
我们建立系统信息安全及监督机制，有效防控人员访问您的个人信息，并为此设置了严格的访问权限控制。
尽管我们具备高标准数据安全管理制度及措施，并不断提升安全保护措施，但请注意互联网不存在"完全安全的数据保护措施"，我们将尽力确保您的个人信息的安全性，但我们无法完全避免可能的风险。
您知悉并理解，您接入我们的服务所用的系统和通讯网络，有可能因我们可控范围外的因素而出现问题。我们已经配有旨在保护您的个人信息的物理、电子和管理过程。当然，我们无法保证您与服务之间的通信永远不会被非法截取，或者第三方从不会非法访问您的个人信息。任何个人信息传输都由您承担风险。
五、您的个人信息主体权利

由于用户无需注册即可使用我们的服务，因此如果您使用我们的多项服务，或者您在多个设备或Web浏览器上使用我们的服务，那么您可能需要单独管理每项服务的个人信息。但是，如果您有一个注册帐户，并且在请求时登录到您的帐户，我们将能够检索与您在登录时使用服务相关的个人信息，以及您登录到注册帐户时所使用的其他所有设备的相关信息。

我们承诺保护使用互联网的青少年的安全和隐私。我们不会故意收集儿童的个人信息（儿童的年龄限制根据您所在地的司法管辖区域可适用的数据保护法律确定）。我们认为，儿童在给出任何个人信息前应获得其父母或监护人的同意。
如果您发现我们未经父母同意而收集了儿童的个人信息，请及时通过weahunter@geovis.com.cn通知我们。
如果我们发现有儿童未经父母同意而向我们提供个人信息，那么我们将采取措施以除去此类个人信息。
七、隐私政策变更
本隐私政策可能变更和修订，这些变更和修订构成本隐私政策的一部分并具有等同于本隐私政策的效力。未经您明确同意，我们不会削减您按照本隐私政策所应享有的权利。
